Madeira: Photos from a 9-Day Hike
I know that my Behance account isn’t really focused on a specific target audience, and here you can find my works ranging from automotive photography to sports and many other ones. So what do I really have to lose? I decided to share photos from the wonderful island of Madeira.
During a nine-day journey with my friend, we crossed the island from west to east. 7 days on the road, 130 km walked, 7,000 meters of total elevation gain, tons of emotions, impressions, and encounters with amazing people we met along the way.
Throughout the route, there were several moments when I regretted bringing my camera with me — I fell with it a few times, leaving scratches on the lens. On top of that, many days were extremely humid and rainy, so I was afraid not even to take it out of my backpack, worrying that the moisture might damage it. But everything turned out fine.
So I invite you to take a look at the photographs I managed to capture on this truly picturesque island called Madeira.
